These are Don Leeper's shareware Date and Time cdevs. They allow users to easily and safely modify the appropriate System file resources at will (via the Control Panel DA) to get the correct Short Date, Long Date, and Time formats for their needs. This eliminates the need to mess around with ResEdit to accomplish the same thing. Just drop into your System Folder and access them through your Control Panel; no need to reboot.
Note that these cdevs contain no INIT code and therefore no associated potential for System bombs or other problems. They work great for me.
Try 'em, you'll like 'em. And if you keep them, don't forget to send Don the small shareware fee.
My only interest is as a satisfied user. Please don't ask me questions about these files. Obviously, you use them at your own risk. I don't know if these will work with System 7.0, but I'd guess that they would, unless those particular System resources have changed.
